The Big Easy Creole Kitchen, a lifelong dream of owner and chef, George Gastl is now opened! Located at 250 Steele Street, Suite 104 in Denver the restaurant brings wonderful tastes of creole dishes to food lovers around Denver.
George graduated from the Arizona Culinary institute in 1992. With a great deal of experience under his belt, a seal for cooking and love of fresh local ingredients, and a passionate staff, the Big Easy Creole Kitchen is already getting quite a bit of recognition. With a live oyster bar, a voodoo lounge and many wonderful menu items, such as, French Quarter BBQ Shrimp, Paned Sweetbreads, Creole Seasoned Fillet of Beef, Turtle soup and more, residents and guest of Denver are in for a delight.
Dinner is served Tuesday through Thursday and Sunday from 5 pm to 10 pm and from 5 pm to 11 pm on Saturday’s. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Sunday from 4 pm to 6 pm.
