Eight Is The Magic Number For Job Seekers in Denver and Colorado

As reported today in the DenverBusinessJournal.com, Juju’s “Job Search Difficulty Index” identifies Denver as the U.S. best city and Colorado as the eighth best state for job seekers. Juju.com, a job search engine, said Denver has 3.81 unemployed workers and Colorado 4.99 per advertised job. The Index is based on the ratio of unemployed workers in a given market to advertised online job openings.

Washington, D.C., is rated as America’s best city and Detroit rates last amongst city index.  The District of Columbia rates as best state and Michigan is worst in the state index.

The “Job Search Difficulty Index” draws data from employer and recruiter websites, job boards and other online services.
